Lasalle , in Occitan, Salted It , is a common French, located in the department of the Gard and the area Languedoc-Roussillon.

Geography
Lasalle is a rather typical village of the the Cevennes, stretched on all along Salindrenque, river which crosses it. The valley which shelters it names " the Valley of émeraude" because of a change of vegetation enough Net compared to the guarigue near.
History
The village of Lasalle was strongly marked by the industry of silk: there remain many Magnanerie transformed today into private dwellings. The Protestant culture was a long time dominant there, in particular at the time of the war of the Camisards.
