What differentiates in particular the novels and news from the other products resulting from the series, it is the style particularly believed, the Sexe, the Violence and the Humor. For the cartoons, and it is even truer for the televised series, the stories were relatively edulcorated and also brought up to date: characters curiously changed name and of nationality (Simon Ovronnaz was exchanged with Freddy Kaplan), of the countries were replaced etc the world evolves/moves! This whole of news is ignored compared enough with BDs, which is damage because the feather of Jean Van Hamme did not miss at the time of pepper. The novels are finished on a cul-de-sac whereas series data base grows rich by new intrigues. Since the success of its career of scenario writer data base, the author seems today to ignore the writing of these novels.
