Large Action

The Grand Action is a cinema Paris IEN having 2 rooms:

  • the room Henri Langlois (dedicated to the founder of the French Cineclub) has 220 armchairs laid out in steps, and a panoramic screen of ten meters basic. It is equipped for the 70 mm and SDR.

  • the room Henri Ginet which is at the ground floor is equipped with a screen of seven meters basic. It has 99 armchairs.

The cinema was open in the Années 1970 to the creation of the network Action , which proposed a policy of traditional film republications in new copies in 4 cinemas of the Latin Quarter: Action Christine , Large Action , Action Schools , Studio of Large-Augustins the , this last attached later on to the Action Christine because of her proximity. The programming alternates today American films of repertory and films of exclusiveness.
