Laranjal C Jari is a municipality of the South-east of the State of the Amapá. Its population is of 37.491 ( IBGE 04/2007 ), for a supeficie of 30.966 km ². Its populationnelle density is thus of 1,2 habitants/km ².
It makes limit with the French Guiana and the Surinam in North, Oiapoque and Pedra Branca C Amapari in the East, Mazagão in South-east and Vitória C Jari in the South; in the State of the Pará, Almeirim in the West.
