Languages tchoukotko-kamtchatkiennes
The languages tchoukotko-kamtchatkiennes , still called luorawetléennes , are spoken in the North-East about the Siberia and in the peninsula of the Kamtchatka, in the extreme is Russia. Five, they are divided into 2 branches:
- the northern branch understands 4 languages, divided into 2 groups:
- the chukot or tchouktche, spoken in the North-East about Siberia,
- the koryak-alyutor group, consisted:
- the Alutor, spoken in the North-East about Kamtchatka;
- the Koryak, spoken in north about Kamtchatka;
- the Kerek, spoken in some villages tchouktches;
- the southern branch, consisted the itelmene, spoken in the south about Kamtchatka.
