Lanfrède II

Lanfrère , ( Lanfredius in Latin), second of the name, is the third Abbé of Mozac in Low-Auvergne (France), at the end of the 9th century.

It is mentioned in 864 in the Charte 176 of the cartulaire of Brioude. In this act, Lanfrère II reassigns with Bernard, Count d' Auvergne, and with his wife Ermengarde, the Saint-Préjet church of Brioude and four farmhouses located at the villa of Mazerat, in exchange of the church of Sainte-Marie of Jussac and some farmhouse.

One knows nothing more concerning his biography, nor his actions with Mozac.
