The Landgraviat de Hesse-Hombourg was a Landgraviat of the Germanic Confédération.
It was composed of the Landgraviat de Hombourg, wedged in the Grand-duché of Hesse - Darmstadt (High-Hesse), and of the Seigneurie of Messeriheim, between the Bavarian circle of the Rhine, the Prussian government of Coblentz and the principality oldenbourgeoise of Birkenfeld.
Its chief town was Hombourg.
In 1806, it was placed under the sovereignty of Hesse-Darmstadt: the treaties of 1815 restored it like independent State. The government was monarchical, and Hesse-Hombourg had voice in the general meetings of the diet.
In 1866, it was annexed to the Prussia.
