Land borders enter South Africa and Mozambique

The land borders between South Africa and Mozambique is a long Frontière terrestrial international discontinuous 491 kilometers which distinguishes the Territoire from the South Africa and that of the Mozambique in Southern Africa.

Layout

In north, the longest part of the border begins on the level from the Tripoint which it forms with those which run between South Africa and Zimbabwe and between Zimbabwe and Mozambique. It follows then a relatively rectilinear course before reaching another tripoint more with the south, that where converge the borders between South Africa and Swaziland and between Swaziland and Mozambique.

More the small portion of the border starts of a second tripoint formed by the borders separating one from the other South Africa, Mozambique and Swaziland, this last country being wedged between her two neighbors. She runs then towards the east to reach the Indian Ocean.
