Lammetjie Luyt
Frederick Pieter Luyt , more known like Lammetjie Luyt , born the February 26th 1888 in Ceres (South Africa), deceased the June 6th 1965, is a player of Rugby to XV which played with the team of South Africa. It evolved/moved at the half station of of opening.
Career
It disputed its first test match the August 6th 1910 against the team of the British Lions. He played his last test match against the English the January 4th 1913.He takes part in famous the large Slam of the Springboks against the nations British and Irish in 1912-1913 playing the 4 meetings.
South Africa overrides the Scotland 16-0. It takes part then in the victory against the Ireland 38-0 then with that over the Wales 3-0. In 1913 South Africa completes the Large Slam by gaining the England 9-3.
It registers 2 tests against the British Lions, 1 transformation against the Irishmen.
It evolved/moved with the Western Province with which it disputes the Currie Cup.
