Lamiinae
Lamiaires ( Lamiinae LATREILLE, 1802 ) are a subfamily of coleopters Cérambycidé. They are also largest of the subfamilies of Cérambycidés, by almost including/understanding half of all the known species.
Morphology
Generally very easy to recognize among other Cérambycidés for the pageantry masticatoire hypognathe (with the mandibles directed in bottom), Lamiaires present sometimes certain tropical tribes who do not have this aspect and who result thus from difficult identification. The character diagnoses which makes it possible to recognize representing them of this subfamily are indeed the palpi jawbones of oval form and pointed to the apexes, in place that triangular and truncated with the apex as in all other Cérambycidés.
The intermediate tibiae with an external oblique furrow and the scape with a hull or apical scar are other typical diagnostic elements of several Lamiaires.
