Lamellipode
The lamellipode is a broad membrane extension made of Polymère S of Actine F that the cell uses to explore its environment in the extracellular search of matrix. The Lamellipode is a projecting structure of migration rich in actine. Its formation is dependant on a named monomeric Protéine G Rac1. The lamellipodes allow the movement of the cell by three stages: protrusion, fixing and traction .
