Lamanon shelters the “Giant of Provence”, this immense plane tree introduced towards XVIe century, whose origin is not known, but which however could be planted by Catherine de Médicis at the time of her arrival with Living room-of-Provence to meet Nostradamus there. This tree is to date in a private property, but does not cease seeing visitors pressing itself with his broad trunk to admire its size.

If you pass by Lamanon, throw a glance there, with certainty it will answer you by agitating its full branches.

In addition to this splendid Plane tree, Lamanon has a great site troglodyte, the Caves of Holds. Giving place to pedestrian races (Paths of Holds), this site does not cease seeing flowing the visitors. Composed of a broad circus with rudimentary habitats cut with art in the rock, as well as vault Denis Saint, just with the top of a source of water (Source St Denis).
