Lake Resia
The Lake Resia or lago di Resia is a lake located in the north of the Italy on the territory of the commune of Curon Venosta, in the area of the Trentin-Haut-Adige, to approximately 110 km in the north of Bolzano. It has a capacity of 120 million cubic meters what makes of it more the big lake of the area.
It was a small lake until the creation of a stopping in 1950. At the time of the rise of water, a village was buried. Today one still sees exceeding the bell-tower of the church at water surface. ----
