Lake Cholila

The Lago Cholila is a lake located in the province Argentine of Chubut, in Patagonie, It belongs to the system of the Lac Futalaufquen which it contributes to feed from its water in the sense that its emissary is one of the affluents of the Lac Rivadavia which even will feed him the lake Futalaufquen via Río Rivadavia. The final emissary of this series of lakes is the Río Futaleufú.

Situation

Its approximate coordinates are: 42°3' of southern latitude, and 71°4' of western longitude. He is located at the north of the National park Los Alerces, out of the territory of this last. He is of glacial origin, and occupies the old bed of a glacier disappeared following the end from the last glaciation.
