Lake-superior

Lake-Superior is a Canadian Municipalité Quebec located in the regional Municipalité of county of the Laurentides and the administrative area of the Laurentides. The municipality makes certain great strides thanks to the massive investments of the Intrawest company in the surroundings, that is to say with Mount-Trembling.

Lately, the business of sacerdotal Fraternity made large movement in the municipality. Indeed, the brothers expressed the desire to sell their piece of ground which forms a point on the Lake Higher as well as other grounds than the back. Some wanted that the municipality buys the ground to make a place reserved to the citizens of it, whereas others were opposed to it. One thus built a swimming pool rather than to make an access to the lake. This created besides sharp tensions at the municipal council, at the point where four advisers resigned.

The current concerns of the municipalities rest primarily on the advent of a road which would connect the axis Lake-Superior-- Saint-Donat (Matawinie) with the Duplessis way (ensuring the North-South bond for Trembling), via a bridge over the river of the Devil. Another road would ensure the junction between the latter and the 117, to have another access to the tourist resort.
