Laguna copperplate
The Laguna Copperplate , found in 1989 in bay of Laguna, on the metropolitan territory of Manila to the Filipino , carries an inscription with date 822 of the era Saka corresponding to April 21st 900 after J. - C., written in a mixture of Sanscrit, of old man Javanese, old man Malayan and old man Tagalog. This inscription was translated by Antoon Postma, a Dutch researcher. She declares that its carrier, certain Namwaran, is released from a gold debt. This document is preserved at the National Museum off the Filipino.
The copper plate differs in manufacture from the plates java are born from the time in what the words are engraved on surface, instead of being registered in a heated and softened metal plate.
