Lafleur , is an important chain of Québécois fast-food industry.

The menu is typical Québécois snacks: it comprises Hot dog S (" steamés" , " toastés" , " Michigan" , etc), of the Hamburger S, the Fried S, and traditional the poutine. One serves to with it also the breakfast.

History

The first restaurant of the chain, a " convey with patates" , was opened by Denis Vinet on May 1st, 1951. Ten years later, it opened a snack on the Lafleur boulevard with LaSalle, boulevard which gave its name to the company. Today, the chain counts 17 branches, all located in Large the Montreal, and employs 400 people.

The company is at present in expansion mode. A central kitchen is at present in construction: it will manufacture and distribute the whole of necessary food in branches of the chain. Moreover, one concept of franknesses is under development.
