Lachrymal Os
The lachrymal bone (or unguis ) is an even bone of small size, in the form of quadrilateral, taking part in the wall médiale of the Orbite and in the nasal fossae. It articulates with the frontal bone, the Os éthmoïde, the jawbone and the lower horn. Its relation with the lower horn explains than the tears come to help the humidification of the lower meatus and thus relationship to the expiry of the air not to drain the mucous membrane on this level.
