Characteristics

The Laccaire S, formerly classified pami the Clitocybe S, are Champignon S which have a hat in the shape of button in their youth, which becomes then mamelonnés and takes often later the shape of a funnel, whose blades are décurrentes and of which the foot becomes hollow with the age.

Description

The laccaria proxima is a mushroom with a hat (2 is 7 cm in diameter) red beige brick becoming clear into growing old. It resembles a small button in its young age, is spread out and depressed then in its center. It has blades décurrentes of pale pink color. Its foot (2-9 cm X 0,2-0,4 cm) is thin and fibrillous.

Habitat

It pushes in autumn in wood of leafy trees and coniferous tree, but also on the acid grounds and the wet meadows (sphaignes).
