Labiovelar Consonant
In Articulatory phonetics, a labiovelar consonant (in short a labiovelar ) indicates a Consonne having two places of articulation:
- bilabial ;
- velar, the posterior part of the language operating a constriction on the level of the veil of the palate.
French knows the labiovelar one W (with initial of yes).
