Skoazell Vreizh , (“Breton Help”), Breton humanitarian organization , association having the statute of association of public utility. Yann Choucq is the initiator of Skoazell Vreizh which it founds with Xavier Grall and Gwenc' hlan Scouëzec on January 24th 1969. The next month, five local committees are born: Lannion, Nantes, Rennes, Saint-Brieuc and Paris. Chaired by Pierre Roy during many years then by Pierre Latch from 1978, in 2006.

This humanitarian organization is given like objective “to come out of family assistance from the political prisoner Breton” (suspectées people of Terrorisme), with “any person who makes a Breton militant act punished by French justice”. As soon as a militant is stopped, Skoazell Vreizh contacts its family, to regulate all the expenses of lawyer and to pay money with the women and the children in the event of imprisonment.

Since the last wave of Attack S of the Face of release of Brittany in the Years 1970 and amnesties it 1981, Skoazell Vreizh, helped especially the members of rear Stourm Brezhoneg.
