  • Laà , which was called Lar until XIIe century, division its name with the local brook, the Laà, affluent of the Gave of Pau.
  • Mondrans is plural lous Mondrans (1659) of Mondran (French /m õdrã/, Gascon /mundran/) probably of Mount Hranc “mount frank” ( Mondran Susoo and Mondran Jusoo in 1385; Mondran above and Mondran debaigt in 1614).
