LQR
LQR is a book of the surgeon and editor Eric Hazan of February 2006 to the editions Raisons To act which is fixed for objective to denounce the modern set language. Put aside the extreme-left, criticism was severe. Its 7000 initial specimens were quickly past. 2nd edition with 5000 specimens.
Description
LQR means Lingua Quintae Respublicae , allusion to the linguistic analysis of Victor Klemperer while spread the LTI , the Langue of Toisième Reich ( Lingua Tertii Imperii ). The author also compares himself with George Orwell against the Novlangue and Hannah Arendt denouncing the Banalité of the evil.
It is the history which inspired this book: in the chronicle of the factory, Eric Hazan written: Of its dungeon of Belle-Ile, Blanqui writes in June 1852: “They proscribe the proletarian and middle-class terms. These have a clear direction and Net; they say the things categorically. It is what displeases. One pushes back them like agitators of the civil war. Isn't this reason enough to open the eyes to you? What is this thus that we are constrained to make since so a long time, if not the civil war? ”
LQR is a language not used by the people but poured in an omnipresent way - by publicity and the media the such Novlangue.
An emission of Là-bas if I am there there was devoted in February 2006.
