LGA715

The socket 715 (also called socket LGA715 or socket H) is a socket intended for the Processeur S Intel. The socket 715 is not strictly speaking any more a socket, being of type LGA this one does not consist any more of holes intended to accommodate the pines of the processor, the processors for LGA 715 comprise simple small connectors coming to touch pines located on the socket.
The LGA 715 is intended for the processors Core 2 Quad Nehalem. One will find the socket H into 2008 with dimensions of the Socket B (LGA1366). The processors of this last will be team like the AMD 64bits of a controller integrated report and this, 6 years after AMD does it.
