LER is a code which means:
Laser (Venezuela), according to the Code ICAO.
L.E.R. mean also L igneous E xpress R égionale for a connection by coach installation by a territorial collectivity (at least an area of France even two areas for an interregional connection). It is it corollary of the train regional express (T.E.R.) managed by the same territorial collectivities. The L.E.R. borrows road circuits and serves zones often nonaccessible to the T.E.R.
