LBI

The Acronyme LBI means in English leveraged buy-in , i.e. repurchase of in-house company with a financial action leverage.

Operation by which the leaders of a company decide to repurchase it with a minimal capital and a very high action leverage thanks to the debt.

One distinguishes this operation from the LBO which calls upon thirds with the company.
