Léo Kerlo
Léo Kerlo (… - 2006), historian of Article.
Former professor of history and geography to the college Tristan Corbière of Morlaix, this impassioned painting is especially a historian of art specialist in Breton painting.
In collaboration with Jacqueline Duroc, he wrote a series of works richly iconographies to the editions of the Fish-wagon, series entitled " Painters of the coasts of Bretagne" :
-
Volume 1: Painters of the Emerald coast, (2000), with Rene Bihan, conservative of the museum of the Art schools of Brest.
-
Volume 2: Painters of the coast of Brittany of North, Saint-Briac to Brest, (2004)
-
Volume 3: Roads of Brest to the country bigouden.
-
Volume 4: From Quimper with Concarneau.
In addition, a series of stitched works popularizes its work, being focused on such or such locality, either with Rene Bihan, or with Jacqueline Duroc.
It disappears in spring 2006.
