Léo Armagnac
Léo Armagnac (1841 - 1916), bachelor of law, was named head clerk to the Ministry for the State education in 1882. It becomes, in 1895, general inspector of the stewardship in the teacher training schools and the professional teacher training schools. It publishes in 1879 a famous biography of Turenne , then a patriotic account: Fifteen days of countryside in 1881, two works which, in a complementary way, symbolize the jingoist spirit and revanchist of this period.
