Biography

Originating in Trinity-and-Tobago, it passes part of its youth there. His/her father is professor at the university of Trinité and his mother, music lover, writer at the university.

He studied the Piano and the Violon and began the direction of orchestra to the Université of Cambridge, and studied this one starting from 1991 with Peter Eötvös. Assistant of Lothar Zagrosek with the opera of Stuttgart in 1998 - 1999, he is musical director of the orchestra and the opera of Freiburg (Suisse) of 1999 with 2003.

Already with work since November 2006, it took officially in September 2007 and for three years the direction of the National orchestra Bordeaux Aquitaine, with the ambition to give again an international dimension to him.
