Kvaløya
Kvaløya (in French “ island of the whales ”) is an island of the Comté of Finnmark in Norway. Of a surface of 336 km ², it is located in the Kommune S of Hammerfest and Kvalsund.
The town of Hammerfest is on its Eastern coast, and is connected to the continent by the Pont Kvalsund.
