Yann-Ber Tillenon, which claimed the sum of 150.000 F (22 867 euros) as damages was seen for this reason allotting the sum of 1000 euros. June 5th, 2003, following the call interjeté by Karl Zero, Dominique Conil and Renaud Marhic, the Court of Appeal of Rennes noted " the extinction of the public action by effect of the law of amnistie". These two decisions cancel, in fact, the judgment of the court of Morlaix. In the businesses the opponent with the UDB on the one hand, and Yann-Ber Tillenon on the other hand, Karl Zero, directing of the True Newspaper, Dominique Conil and Renaud Marhic, journalists, are not the subject thus of any judgment.
