Kurt Schneider

Kurt Schneider , born the January 7th 1897 with Crailsheim, dead the October 27th 1967 with Heidelberg, is a German Psychiatre.

In 1950, it published a book: " Psychopathology clinique" who had a great influence on the level of the definitions of the Schizophrénie. After Eugene Bleuler, it returns from there to the ideas of Emil Kraepelin which wanted to be more descriptive and less centered on the processes of the disease. He was the pupil of Karl Jaspers. He then describes “symptoms of first rank” which are in particular what makes it possible to distinguish lived from the schizophrene of that of the “normal” man.
