Kurt Rydl

Kurt Rydl (born on October 8th, 1947 with Vienna) is a low Austrian, singer of opera S and Oratorio S.

Kurt Rydl counts among the basic voices most famous of our time. Born in Vienna, he studied the song in Vienna and Moscow. He gained contests with Barcelona and Paris.

1972-1977: The first engagements with Linz and Stuttgart

Since 1976: Permanent member of the Wiener Staatsoper

1986: Titrate of “Kammersänger”

1999: Nomination under Member of honor of Wiener Staatsoper

2001: It receives Österreichisches Ehrenkreuz1. Klasse für Kunst & Wissenschaft

Its repertory includes/understands more than 80 operas German, Italian, French, Russian and Czech.
