Kumba Ialá

Kumba Ialá (also called Kumba Yala): (born with Bula the March 15th 1953). He is member of the party African Parti for independence Guinea and Cape Verde (PAIGC). He was president of the republic of Guinea-Bissau of the February 17th 2000 with the September 14th 2003.
