Kratos operation
Opération Kratos is the code name which refers to the statégie of the " to draw for tuer" used against supposed terrorist or kamikazes.
This directive was created six months after the Attentats of September 11th, 2001.
Kratos comes from the Greek: κρατος, meaning " pouvoir" or " autorité".
