Kouilou

The area of Kouilou is one of the areas of the République of Congo, located on the west coast of the country. It is bordering with the area on Niari, like with the Gabon and wedges it Cabinda of the Angola. The capital of the area is Point-Black.
Point-black is also the economic capital of the country.
The area of Kouilou is composed of two whole of reliefs: the coastal plain primarily made up of savanna, and an assembly line, primarily forest, the Mayombe.
Ethnolinguistique
The population of the kouilou is primarily of three ethnos groups: Vilis, Bayombés and Balumbus; each one as of these ethnos groups speaking a language: the tchivili, kiyombé and the kilumbu.
The distribution of the languages of the area of Kouilou coincides about with the natural environment: kiyombé is spoken in Mayombe (mountains), the tchivili is spoken on the littoral (150 km length and 50 broad). Finally the kilumbu is located has horse on the two geographical units.
