Kottayam
Kottayam is a city of the state of the Kérala in India.
Framed by majestic and powerful the Western Ghats in the east, by the Lake Vembanad and the rice plantations of Kuttanad in the west, Kottayam is a ground with the single characteristics. The panoramic lakes, the rice plantations of lush, the mountains, the hills and the hillocks, the large rubber plantations, the places in charge of legends, very educated people, all that gave to the zone of Kottayam ground the enviable title of the letters, the legends, latex and the lakes. The town of Kottayam is the first city in India to have reached a rate of instruction of 100% (a remarkable exploit carried out since 1989).
