Kosta Hakman
Kosta Hakman , in Serb Cyrillic Sr КостаХакман (born the May 22nd 1899 with Bosanska Krupa - died the December 9th 1961 with Opatija), was one of largest the painters Serbes of Bosnia of the 20th century.
Biography
Kosta Hakman had a father which descended from Immigrating S Polish and a Serb mother pertaining to a family originating in Sarajevo. He was baptized in the orthodoxe faith .
In 1914, Kosta Hakman was stopped by the Austro-Hungarian as a member of the release of the Slaves of the South “Jeune Bosnia”. In 1919, it finished its secondary studies with Tuzla and studied painting with Prague under the direction of the Croatian painter Vlaho Bukovac, then it continued its formation with Cracow of 1921 with 1924. Its first individual exposure was organized in 1925. It remained with Paris in 1937 and obtained the gold medal of the World Fair. In 1938, it married Bosa Pavlović. Among its many activities, he became professor with the Academy of visual Arts of Belgrade.
Of 1941 with 1944, it was interned with the Concentration camp of Dortmund as a prisoner of war.
In 1947, it remaria with Radmila Lozanić and took again its trade of professor to the Academy of visual Arts of Belgrade. Kosta Hakman took its retirement in 1958.

By its style, Kosta Hakman belongs to the neo-impressionist running; it also was subject to the influence of the Expressionisme.Among his works, one can quote:
