Korps paprika

Paprika Korps is a group of Reggae punk Polish.

History

The group is defined as such starting from May 1996, the date in their first concert, with Opole. It is only in 1999, after three years of existence and concerts, that Paprika Korps decides to record its songs in a professional studio. The session of recording was directed by Sławek Mizerkiewicz, a rather known guitarist alternate in Pologne.
In July 2001 the group makes its first true round in Poland, a round of 14 dates. It has, this year, played there 32 times in concerts, which is a good “score” for an alternative group of reggae in Poland.

After four years of play, the sound of Paprika Korps remains rich and original, a kind of reggae mélodieux accompanied by a good amount of Riddim S distortion nés.
The second album of the group, called Przede wszystkim muzyk , leaves in the vats the August 10th 2001 and contains four remixes Dub S of the songs of Paprika Korps by the largest producers of dub Polish . At the end of this year 2001, the group leaves in round in Germany, a round organized by Impreuna , an organization antifascist.
