Korokke

The korokke is a croquette of Potato, generally made mashed potatoes of potato mixed with chopped cooked beef and onion. Once the mixed whole, one forms large pellet like a hand, one soaks in a mixture of flour, egg yolk and then of breadcrumbs to fry it.

Very appreciated Japan board, one finds it seasoned (with the Curry for example) or with other trimmings: pumpkin, creams with shrimp or crab, vegetarian.
