User interface

The Interface user of Konqueror is extremely configurable, and thus allows each one, according to its preferences, to obtain an interface nearest possible to its needs, which it is a question of having a tool stripped or rich in functions.

Profiles of posting

With this intention, it is possible to create various profiles of posting other than those available by defect, and in which one can add, arrange, even remove panels of information or buttons.

For example, it is perfectly possible to post the panel of bookmarks (still known under the name of mark-pages or favorites) on a side of the navigator, making it possible of a simple click on a bookmark to post the corresponding page on the panel of navigation.

One can also post a panel containing the tree structure of the repertories, or his collection of musics, vidéos, images, and to combine the use of Konqueror with software such as Amarok, Kaffeine or KuickShow, which then makes of it a frightening tool of effectiveness.
