Kolmanskop

The village of Kolmannskuppe (also Kolmanskuppe ; Kolmanskop in Afrikaans) is located in Namibia in the Désert of Namib at ten kilometers of Lüderitz.

Kolmanskop was founded at the end of the 19th century by colonist S German S.

It is today a phantom village, invaded by the sand of the desert of Namibia.

Kolmanskop became a major tourist attraction of the south of Namibia.
