Kogaru
vestimentary mode Japan ease is a , assigning particularly the young girls and young women urban.
Often a kogaru is an young girl from 12 to 25 years, with the faded hair (into fair), with the dye sometimes artificially bronzed (they are called then the Ganguro or mamba/yamamba ), bearing Minijupe S, clothing with the mode and accessories slap-with-the eye. “ Kogaru ” (the “ gals ” high-school girls) is in fact a subcategory of the gals .
Etymology
The etymology is disputed, the term is generally seen like derived from the Japanese Terme, but of others think that the origin comes from. Some have advanced that the KB would be a contraction of “ komuro ” according to Tetsuya Komuro, producer of the singer of J-Pop Namie Amuro which launched the fashion “ kogal ” to beginning of the year 90, although this assumption is probably whimsical and posterior. The second part “ garu ” comes from English Gall (“ girl ”). One meets sometimes the orthography “ kogyaru ” which is the exact transcription of the Kana “” but which is much used with the daily newspaper than it is by Japanese or the foreigners.
Social aspect
The gals meet in the connected districts of the big cities, like Shibuya in Tokyo, where they take place their favorite, the large clothes shops such as the Tour 109 and other places of appointment the such Karaoke and the Izakaya (bar-restaurants).The image of the gals is associated with the youthful prostitution: many these young girls have indeed recourse to the Enjo kōsai or enkō to treat to the last fashion accessories. Some are absconders and do not attend any more the school, preferring to trail in the districts connected in groups of girls. Dependant on the problems of absenteeism, running away and youthful prostitution, in certain more worrying cases these young girls return only seldom to them, have a very neglected hygiene and sexual behaviors at the risk.
But one should not generalize, all the kogaru do not fall into the hell from the prostitution or in the descolarisation, some see only one vestimentary fashion there.
