KoRn and the mysterious mystery of the phantom pirates ( KoЯn's Groovy Pirates Ghost Mystery in original version) is it twelfth episode of the third season of the animated series South Park .

In this episode, the group KoRn makes a noticed appearance. It is also an episode considered to have one of the rare explicit dialogs on the Nécrophilie.

Synopsis

With the approach of Halloween, South Park east in effervescence, except the Maximum Father which regards it as a veneration of Satan. The children are made annoy by CM2, then they decide in their turn to frighten them with the corpse of large the mother of Kyle.

Comment

This episode is an obvious parody of Scooby-Doo , with KoЯn in the role of the Scooby-Gang.

The bass player in particular (Fieldy Snuts), with his glasses and his manner of running, seems to be a caricature of Velma Dinkley. Nibblet is a satire of Scooby-doo as a mascot. The van of KoRn is also enough resembling. A similar topic can be heard in bottom in certain scenes, in particular the final scene. The chart of the phantoms is it also resembling and contrasts with the inhabitants of South Park.

Just like in the episodes of Scooby-Doo, the end is completely unrealistic and impossible. Thus, the priest makes use of a mirror of a candle and two squirrels to create a ghost ship.
