Klaus Groth
Klaus Groth , born on April 24th 1819 with Heide, in the the Schleswig-Holstein, deceased on June 1st 1899, was a German Poète .
After studies with the seminar of Tondern, of 1838 to 1841, he became professor in a school of girls in his native village. In 1847, it went to Kiel to obtain a better qualification. Because of its bad health, it had to stop its studies and could take them again only in 1853. In 1856, it obtained the rank of professor of Philosophie to Bonn, before becoming lecturer deprived on the German literature and languages in 1858. In 1866, it settled in Kiel, where there remained professor until his death. Influenced by Johann Peter Hebel, Groth was devoted to the writing of lyric and epic poetries.
