Kisshōmaru Ueshiba
Kisshomaru Ueshiba (植芝吉祥丸 Ueshiba Kisshōmaru ; June 27th 1921, Ayabe - January 4th 1999) was the third wire of Morihei Ueshiba, the founder of the Aïkido. Kisshomaru became Doshu (the “guard of the way”) with the Aïkikaï Hombu Dojo with Tokyo, title which it kept until his death in 1999. His/her son Moriteru Ueshiba took his continuation.
He was in addition graduate Université Waseda in economy.
