Kirsch

The kirsch (of the German Kirsche which means Cerise) is a Eau-de-vie obtained by double Distillation of Jus Ferment are cherries. The alcohol S white obtained by distillation of Fruit S are very popular in Alsace, Germany, Austria and Suisse.

The kirsch name “Suisse” is protected by the Loi. Kirsch is used for the preparation of the Fondue
