Kirby Puckett (born the March 14th 1960 with Chicago - died the March 6th 2006) was an American player of Baseball.

Biography

It evolved/moved in major Ligue with the Twins of Minnesota of 1984 with 1995, gaining two rings of championship in 1987 and 1991. He is the leader of Twins in the categories of sure blows, double hits, points and total of goals.

Its average in career with the stick of .318, places it number one of the droitiers of the American Ligue on second half of the 20th century. It had: 1000 sure blows during its first 5 seasons and: 2000 during its first 10 seasons. He was elected with the Temple of re-elected baseball in 2001.

In March 1996, it developed a Glaucome with the right eye and could never turn over in the major Ligues. He took weight and died of an cerebral vascular accident in 2006.
