Kinine
The name of kinine is a generic name which gathers several polypeptides of plasma. Those are released starting from kininogene, under the action of the Kallicréine. Their metabolism is due to the kininase II.
Both principal kinines are the Bradykinine and the Kallidine.
They are an action of contraction of the smooth musculature, of arterial vasodilatation, they act on the cells endothéliales of the blood capillaries to increase their permeability of it, and thus to facilitate the migration of the Leucocyte S. the result of their action is a hypotension and a pain.
