Kingston SE

Kingston SE (approximately: 1400 inhabitants) is a village of southernmost Australia to 297 km in the south-east of Adélaïde and to 44 km of the town of Robe, at the south-eastern end of " Encounter Bay" and of the " Coorong".

The city owes its name in George Strickland Kingston, an architect and Australian politician. Extension SE for South-east makes it possible to distinguish this village from the other village of southernmost Australia named " now; Kingston-one-Murray".

The economy of the area rests on fishing, wine industry, the breeding of the sheep and the milk industry like on tourism, the area receiving a great number of tourists for all the holiday periods.

The northern entry of the village is dominated by a gigantic called lobster " Larry" by the inhabitants of the village.
